Top Sports is a professional  manufacturer on surfing industry.  Our factory has over 50 experienced workers. We have in house engineers and designers who can enable us to create designs for our customers including shaping files. 

Our product ranges cover SUP, surfboard, race board, wake board, efoil, accessories, etc. We widely use many different materials including EPS foam, wood and pvc stringer, bamboo and solid wood veneer, fiberglass, kevlar, carbon fiber, pvc, carbon net, etc. Different materials bring product beautiful appearance and strong construction.

Our customers cover world wide areas including European union, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Chile, etc. 

TOP SPORTS is a joint venture established on 2012. We dedicated to creating quality surfing products with good service. Why we start this business is our team like water sports. Interesting is the big power to move everything forward. It’s a very hard beginning for us, no engineer, no worker, no technology data, no customers. Say a word, we have nothing just a willing. 

Here we want to say thanks to brand PULSE. It’s our 1st big customer. We can’t imagine the date in case without PULSE. PULSE gave us great support for so many years till now. No PULSE, no TOP SURFBOARD. 

Now we have 4 auto shape machines. It can handle very complex boards shapes. It fit two different formats, S3D and BRD. If you don’t have shape files, it doesn’t matter. Our engineers can create one for you. You just need to send us a reference board picture, and what size you need. Before we move it forward, we will confirm the shape file with you.

Our core materials includes 16-30kg/m3 eps foam. We only use quality foam with average density. It can bring riders better experience. We use some many reinforcements on our board. It includes fiber glass, PVC, carbon fiber, carbon net, kevlar, bamboo, wood veneer.

Top Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer in China with over 10 years history. Now, we have over 50 experienced workers who have at least 3 years experience on surfboard production. We have in house R & D. It enables us to provide our world wide customers professional service as well as quality products.  Our wide products include SUP, race board, surfboard, wake board, kite board, wind board, foild board, soft board, accessories, etc. 

We have 4 auto shape machines. It can handle S3D and BRD shape files. Auto machines can enhance our work efficiency and make sure the board shape is the accurate one that the customers rquest. Our monthly production capacity is 1000 pcs boards. Our sampling time is 25 days after every details confirmed. Our lead time for mass order is 55-65 days.
