9’2″ high performance surfboard with bamboo

Assault brand created a new wake board series. We are glad to produce this series for them. This series includes total 4 models.

This series has four different sizes to meet customers’ needs. The sizes range from 6’4″ to 9’2″.

The boards feature beautiful appearance with bamboo on deck. Gloss finish on both deck and bottom.

• Rounded nose for 7’6″, 8’6″, 9’2″, pin nose for 6’4″
• Fiberglass and epoxy construction
• Surf style profile with suitable nose rocker
• 5mm wood stringer for backbone strength
• Bamboo on deck for board strength
• Different fin boxes per actual boards
• Plastic fins included

For size 7’6″, we use thruster track system with two FCS I on centre. It can help you adjust the centre fin position to get better performance while you ride the board. The tri-fin system can set up tri, twin, or single, and bring you more options. The nose is rounded shape. The tail is squash shape. It’s suitable for mid-level and high level surfer. You can choose the board style per your weight, surfing level.

Below is the specification for this series. OEM service is acceptable. If you need us to develop a surfboard, please send us the surfboard information you need. Please download the surfboard technology sheet from our website, fill it and send back to us. Once we receive it we will study it and contact with you on details.

We use real bamboo veneer on the deck and the gloss finish on both deck and bottom. It brings very beautiful looking. Also, we use PVC on the fin plug area to make sure it’s strong enough no matter how big the waves. 

If you want to have your own design, shape style, please send us shape file with S3D or BRD format. Our auto shape machine can handle these two formats. If you don’t have shape file, please tell us what size you need, and send us a reference board picture, our engineer can create a shape file for your confirmation.

We use many protect materials on the package to make sure the board and accessories are under good condition while transportation. Below is the packing process for your review.

We provide a manufacturer’s warranty against major defects in workmanship or materials, to the original purchaser, covering ninety (90) days from original purchase date.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Products used in rental or teaching operations. This warranty applies to products used for personal recreational use only.  • Damage due to excessive heat/sun exposure.

• Damage caused by improper care, handling, and storage. While compression molded boards may be placed in board racks, we advise against putting EPS construction boards in the racks. When not in use, we recommend that EPS boards always be stored in a board bag (without fins). This helps protect the boards from accidental damage from dings and heat.

• Pressure dings, cracks or edge chipping from normal wear.

• Breakage from high impact maneuvers or hard falls. Because boards are subject to extreme conditions, there is no warranty for normal wear and tear. While not fragile, all EPS construction boards may dent or crack with excessive force resulting from impact with body parts during falls, starting/landing on the platform, running the board into the back of the boat, etc. • Damage caused by anything other than defects in the material and workmanship. 

• Any unauthorized repair, change, or modification made to any part of the product voids the warranty.

Q: How many workers in your factory?
A: We have 55 experienced workers with over 3 years experience. Also, we have in house R & D department.

Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: Wire transfer, Paypal and Western Union.

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: If you don’t have your agent or forwarder, we can handle it for you.

Q: Can we customize the board size and graphic design?
A: OEM designs and board shape are welcome. If you have shape file, it’s fins with us. if you don’t have file, we can create it for you. You just need to send us a reference board picture and the size you need.

Q: How long is the lead time for sample and mass production?
A: The sampling time is 20 days after everything is confirmed. For mass production, we need 45-60 days.
