We created a beautiful kite surfboard. This board has very good performance.

The board features beautiful appearance with mat finish.

For size 6’4″, we use quad track system with two FCS I on both two sides, one centre FCS I. It can set up tri, twin, or single, and bring you more options. The nose is pin shape. The tail is swallow shape. It can bring you better surfing experience. It’s suitable for mid-level and high level surfer.

Below is the specification for this board. OEM service is acceptable. If you need us to develop a similar surfboard, please send us the surfboard information you requested. We use real bamboo veneer on the deck tp reinforce the board and the matt finish on both deck and bottom. It brings very beautiful looking. Also, we use PVC on the standing area of the deck, as well as fin plug area on the bottom  to make sure it’s strong enough no matter how big the waves.

If you want to have your own design, shape style, please send us shape file with S3D or BRD format. Our auto shape machine can handle these two formats. If you don’t have shape file, please tell us what size you need, and send us a reference board picture, our engineer can create a shape file for your confirmation.

Our boards use many protect materials to make sure the board and accessories are under good condition while transportation. Below is the packing process for your review. Below packing process is just for your reference and show you how we pack the boards.

We provide a manufacturer’s warranty against major defects in workmanship or materials, to the original purchaser, covering ninety (90) days from original purchase date.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Products used in rental or teaching operations. This warranty applies to products used for personal recreational use only.  • Damage due to excessive heat/sun exposure.

• Damage caused by improper care, handling, and storage. While compression molded boards may be placed in board racks, we advise against putting EPS construction boards in the racks. When not in use, we recommend that EPS boards always be stored in a board bag (without fins). This helps protect the boards from accidental damage from dings and heat.

• Pressure dings, cracks or edge chipping from normal wear.

• Breakage from high impact maneuvers or hard falls. Because boards are subject to extreme conditions, there is no warranty for normal wear and tear. While not fragile, all EPS construction boards may dent or crack with excessive force resulting from impact with body parts during falls, starting/landing on the platform, running the board into the back of the boat, etc. • Damage caused by anything other than defects in the material and workmanship. 

• Any unauthorized repair, change, or modification made to any part of the product voids the warranty.

Q: Can we customize the board design and put our logo on the board?
A: Yes, of course you can. If you want to customize your boards, please send us your shape file in ai format and graphic design in PDF.

Q: How many workers in your factory?
A: We have 55 experienced workers with over 3 years experience. Also, we have in house R & D department.

Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: Wire transfer, Paypal and Western Union.

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: If you don’t have your agent or forwarder, we can handle it for you.

Q: Can we customize the board size and graphic design?
A: OEM designs and board shape are welcome. If you have shape file, it’s fins with us. if you don’t have file, we can create it for you. You just need to send us a reference board picture and the size you need.

Q: How long is the lead time for sample and mass production?
A: The sampling time is 20 days after everything is confirmed. For mass production, we need 45-60 days.
