This cactus design stand up paddle board is for season 2020. This board features real wood veneer on the deck, gloss finish on the both deck and bottom. The fin system include 1 x 10″ centre fin, 2 x G5 future fins.

Below is our board construction. We use a plenty of different reinforcement materials to reinforce the board construction.

PVC reinforcement on fin plug area as well as handle plug area.

Glass laminated process. Two different fiber glass are optional for both boards’ deck and bottom, 6 OZ and 4 OZ.

Bamboo veneer is laminated on the deck with resin. In order to make it well glue together, we usually use vacuum.

 

The sup package use many protect materials to make sure the board and accessories are under good condition while transportation. 

There is a pocket inside the bag to fit the fin set and leash. The sup board is packed with bubble sheet, then, wrapped with thick paper card around the rail to protect the board well. Then, we put it inside the board bag.

We provides a manufacturer’s warranty against major defects in workmanship or materials, to the original purchaser, covering ninety (90) days from the customers receive the boards.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Products used in rental or teaching operations. This warranty applies to products used for personal recreational use only. 

• Damage due to excessive heat/sun exposure.

• Damage caused by improper care, handling, and storage. While compression molded boards may be placed in board racks, we advise against putting EPS construction boards in the racks. When not in use, we recommend that EPS boards always be stored in a board bag (without fins). This helps protect the boards from accidental damage from dings and heat.

• Pressure dings, cracks or edge chipping from normal wear.

• Breakage from high impact maneuvers or hard falls. Because boards are subject to extreme conditions, there is no warranty for normal wear and tear. While not fragile, all EPS construction boards may dent or crack with excessive force resulting from impact with body parts during falls, starting/landing on the platform, running the board into the back of the boat, etc.

• Damage caused by anything other than defects in the material and workmanship. • Any unauthorized repair, change, or modification made to any part of the product voids the warranty.

Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: Wire transfer, Paypal and Western Union.

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: If you don’t have your agent or forwarder, we can handle it for you.

Q: Can we customize the board size and graphic design?
A: OEM designs and board shape are welcome. If you have shape file, it’s fins with us. if you don’t have file, we can create it for you. You just need to send us a reference board picture and the size you need.

Q: How long is the lead time for sample and mass production?
A: The sampling time is 20 days after everything is confirmed. For mass production, we need 45-60 days.
